1. Who we are

Habitat Condos (“Habitat”, “we”, “us”) is a paying-guest accommodation operated by Jithesh Manoharanin Undri, Pune, Maharashtra. Habitat’s Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) is Jithesh Manoharan (contact: hello@habitatcondos.com).

2. What we collect on this website

• Your name and 10-digit Indian mobile number (to schedule a tour).
• Your email address (optional — for written follow-up).
• Your intended move-in date, employer name, and room interest (to qualify the lead).
• Two purpose-specific consents — one to be contacted about this enquiry (required), one to receive future offers (optional, opt-in).
• Standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamp), retained 90 days for security.

We do not collect Aadhaar, PAN, salary slips, or any KYC documents on this website. Those are collected in person during the tour, where you can verify what we’re writing down.

3. How we use it

• To call or WhatsApp you about your tour.
• To pre-fill information for your in-person tour and rent agreement.
• To send Razorpay payment links for the deposit and rent (after tour).
• To send marketing updates — only if you opt in via the second checkbox.

4. Who we share with

We share data with the following processors, all under written terms:

• BrandMonkz CRM — stores your enquiry record and follow-up status.
• Razorpay — when we send you a payment link, Razorpay processes the transaction.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — to send confirmations.
• Plausible Analytics — cookieless visitor metrics (no personal data).

5. How long we keep it

Lead data is retained for 24 months from your last interaction. After that, it is automatically deleted from our CRM.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDPA 2023, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Withdraw consent (we will stop processing within a reasonable time).
• Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Cookies

This website uses essential cookies only (for sessions). We use cookieless analytics — no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel.

8. Children

Habitat is for working adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We’ll update this page when something changes and bump the “last updated” date at the top. For material changes, we’ll notify you via email if we have one.
