Habitat is a paying-guest accommodation for working men and students in Undri, on the quiet residential edge of Pune — close enough to the IT corridor to commute, far enough to actually rest. Fifty fully-furnished 1BHK flats. 200 beds. Full kitchens, fast Wi-Fi, parking, 24×7 CCTV, and a deposit you actually get back.
Most PGs in Pune are run informally — cash, no receipts, surprise rules, mediocre internet, a landlord you can never reach. Habitat is the opposite: it feels like home, but it’s run like a real business — licensed, verified, and digital end-to-end. You stop thinking about the building so you can get on with the rest of your life.

What “paying guest” actually means here
A PG is a fully-furnished place you move into with just your bags — bed, mattress, wardrobe, kitchen, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, cleaning and security all included in one monthly amount. No furnishing it yourself, no separate bills to chase, no one-year lock-in like a normal rental.
At Habitat, each flat is a 1BHK shared by up to four residents — two beds in the hall, two in the bedroom. You can take a single bed in a 4-, 3- or 2-share, a whole bedroom to yourself, or the whole flat. Bathrooms and the kitchen are shared by your flatmates only — never the whole floor. Pricing starts at ₹3,750 per bed per month.

Police verification, always
Every resident is police-verified before move-in. It's not optional, and it's the reason the building stays calm and predictable.
Receipts for everything
Rent, deposit, dues — all on record, all digital. Your refundable deposit is returned within 30 days of vacating, after a final inspection.
Genuinely good Wi-Fi
Fibre internet in every flat — fast enough for calls, code, and streaming at the same time. The thing most PGs get wrong, we got right.
No brokerage, no surprises
Zero broker fee. The price you see is the price you pay, and it's locked for as long as you stay. House rules are written down, not made up on the spot.
Built for the long term
Habitat is a building we operate ourselves — not a lease we'll walk away from. Maintenance, cleaning, security and Wi-Fi are all on us, every month.

Habitat is a men-only property. Most residents work in the Undri / NIBM / Hadapsar / Magarpatta belt or study nearby — people who’d rather spend their evenings on their work, their gym, or their friends than on a leaking tap or a Wi-Fi that drops during a call.
